These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 7ooo platform and all services and products under it. By accessing the 7ooo website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to stop using 7ooo's services. 7ooo reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on 7ooo, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Participating in online gaming and betting must not be prohibited by law in the country where you reside.
• Only one account may be opened per person.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• The account may only be used by the registered person — it may not be shared with anyone else.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

2.3 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. 7ooo will not be held responsible for any activity carried out by someone who accesses your account using your details. Any unauthorised access must be reported to the support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 7ooo is ৳200. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks in Bangladesh are supported, such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Deposits are accepted only from a payment source registered in the account holder's own name.
• 7ooo reserves the right to cancel deposits made from third-party accounts.
• Deposits in cryptocurrency or any other digital currency are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing time is generally 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met (see the Bonus section below for details).
• In cases of suspicious activity, 7ooo reserves the right to hold withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

7ooo offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed.

4.2 General Terms for Other Promotional Offers

7ooo runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are listed on that offer's detail page. General rules are as follows:

• An offer may not be used more than once at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If misuse of a bonus or fraud is found, 7ooo reserves the right to suspend the account.
• 7ooo reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
• The minimum deposit for each offer is ৳200.

4.3 VIP Program

The 7ooo VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback applies at each level — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum. 5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7ooo platform:

• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means to attempt to cheat the system.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or gain an advantage over the system.
• Using the 7ooo platform for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Behaving abusively, harassing, or using offensive language towards other users.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the platform.

5.2 Live Games and Sports Betting

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. In this case, any verifiable balance will be made available for withdrawal; however, bonus funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled.

If any clause of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect. The invalid clause will be replaced with a minimally necessary amendment.

12.3 Changes and Updates

7ooo reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Where changes are significant, users will be notified as far in advance as reasonably possible. Continued use of the site after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

12.4 Language

The original version of these Terms is written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict in a translation, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
